REGISTRATION

 

1. IS THIS A FREE CONVENTION?

 

2. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE OF REGISTRATION?

  • Deadline of registration is until September 2, 2021 at 2:00PM.

3. HOW DO I REGISTER TO THE CONVENTION?

  • To register, access the convention website at https://psaaiconvention2021.com 

  • Click the REGISTRATION tab. 

  • Kindly fill up the following required details to register:

    • Full Name (as it appears on your PPS ID or PRC ID)

    • Email Address

    • Password – create a password that you will use to access the convention

    • Contact Number

  • Click the Privacy Policy box.

  • Click ‘SUBMIT’.

 

NOTE: Please take note that you may only register once. Register using your full name to be used for your E-certificate of Attendance. NO SECOND COPY of e-certificates will be issued in case of errors.

 

4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION IS SUCCESSFUL?

  • A confirmation message will be sent to your email following your successful registration.

 

5. WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE?

  • First, kindly check the confirmation message on the SPAM folder if it is not found on the INBOX. 

  • If you do not get a confirmation, your registration is unsuccessful. Kindly register again.

 

6. DO I JUST GET 1 LINK FOR BOTH DAYS? 

  • Yes, only 1 link will be received upon registration for access to both days. Reminder emails will also be received prior to the event containing the convention link.

 

7. CAN I CHANGE MY LOG IN DETAILS AFTER REGISTRATION?

  • Yes, you can change your login details.

    • LOG IN to your account.

    • Click the drop-down arrow beside your account picture. 

    • Choose MY ACCOUNT.

    • Update your information and click UPDATE INFO.

  

8. WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

  • Follow these steps in case you forgot your password, 

    • On the convention website, click LOG IN.

    • If directed to the registration page, Click the “ALREADY A MEMBER? Log In” link.

    • In the Log In page, click ‘LOG IN WITH EMAIL’

    • Click FORGOT PASSWORD?

    • Enter your registered email.

    • Kindly check your email for the link to CREATE A NEW PASSWORD.

 

CONVENTION PROPER

 

1. HOW DO I JOIN THE PLENARY SESSIONS ON THE DAY OF THE CONVENTION?

  • To join the plenary and scientific lectures, LOG IN in the convention website, https://psaaiconvention2021.com  with your details.

  • Click the CLICK HERE TO PLENARY button. It shall direct you to the ZOOM room of the plenary.

2. I CANNOT ENTER THE PLENARY SESSION. WHAT DO I DO?

  • The ZOOM room can only accommodate a limited number of attendees. If ZOOM room has reached its maximum capacity, you may join the convention through a Facebook broadcast.

  • Once the ZOOM room is full, a Facebook button will appear in the website. Click the FB button to see the convention.


NOTE: The Facebook broadcast will only be activated when the ZOOM room is already full. Attendees are still encouraged to join the plenary through ZOOM.

 

CERTIFICATES

  

1. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY E-CERTIFICATE?

  • To receive your E-certificates, kindly make sure that:

    • You have registered to this convention and

    • You have completed and submitted your POST-TEST AND EVALUATION FORM. 

 

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY E-CERTIFICATE?

  • E-certificates will be sent to your registered email address on September 5.

POST-TEST AND EVALUATION FORM

 

1. WHERE CAN I FIND THE POST-TEST AND EVALUATION FORM?

  • The link to the post-test and evaluation form will be sent in the chat box during the convention proper; or

  • You may also access the links through the tab on the convention website. 

 

2. WHEN CAN I ANSWER THE POST-TEST AND EVALUATION FORM?

  • The evaluation form and post-test will be available from September 3-4, 2021 only.
